El Puente is a bilingual newsletter published by the Puerto Rico Transportation Technology Transfer Center in order to offer useful information to our stakeholders and the public. Our newsletter has interesting articles that cover a variety of topics such as: work zone traffic controls, roadside safety, road and pavement maintenance, traffic congestion, and SAFETEA-LU legislation, among others.
