The Puerto Rico Transportation Technology Transfer Center has developed a technical audiovisual library (AV) that currently includes over 300 videotapes in VHS format. The topics include, among general, pavement rehabilitation, asphalt, equipment maintenance, administration and management, traffic and safety.
