Level I inputs rely on better
classification
of buildings that can be expected from expert site visits or access to structural
plans. Compare to Level 0, building geometry and type are identified in more details, quality of construction is accounted
for, and nonstructural components that may contribute to the damage states are recognized. The inputs at this level are not
required to run the analysis but they will improve the selection by improving on default values.
