Introduction
pastiche, a bi-lingual literary and arts journal features the best of undergraduate fiction, memoir, essays, poetry, book reviews, comic strips, photography and art. As the new literature of the twenty-first century emerges, pastiche reflects the blurring of lines between tradition and experimentation.
pastiche was originally established with the intention of promoting and nurturing the rich and diverse student literary and arts community at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez. Now, pastiche is accepting submissions from students who are enrolled in any university on the island during the semester he/she submits his/her work.
Submissions will be accepted between August 15th 2004 and January 30th 2005 (read the Submission Guidelines in English here.) Publication date for the 2005-2006 issue is May 2005.
