University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez (UPRM)

The College of Agricultural Sciences at the UPRM offers a M.S. degree in Agronomy. Plant breeding and related courses offered in several different departments allow students to specialize in the area of plant breeding and genetics.

North Dakota State University (NDSU)
The Department of Plant Sciences at NDSU offers both a M.S. and Ph.D. degree in plant breeding and genetics. A large number of faculty members teach and conduct research related to plant breeding. The Department of Plant Pathology offers supporting courses to plant breeding students.
