INSTRUMENTS DESCRIPTION

  • Renishaw RM2000: equipped with 532 and 785 nm excitation sources
    Renishaw RM1000: equipped with 488, 514.5, and 633 nm sources
    High Resolution UV-VIS J/Y-Horiba LabRam: 633, 532, 244 nm sources

  • Very High Resolution Raman Spectroscopy at near to excitation source (~10-15 cm-1): J/Y-Horiba T64000 Triple Monochromator; UV-VIS Raman.

  • Bruker Optics IFS-100 1064 nm FT-Raman spectrometer for solid, liquids and solutions.


  • Fiber Optics Coupled, high throughput Raman SystemsTM 532 and 785 nm, 6 cm-1, monochromators.

  • Andor Shamrock CW Raman Telescope, 532, 514.5, 488 nm sources. 

  • Bruker Optics IFS-66/S/v evacuable FTIR spectrometer; macro, micro and external box chambers; FIR (macro chamber) to NIR range; macro and micro ATR; micro grazing angle objective; fixed and variable angle diffuse reflectance accessories.

  • Bruker Optics Vector 22 fiber optics coupled to Remspec Corp. Grazing Angle Probe Reflection Absorption Infrared Spectrometry (RAIS).


  • Gas Chromatography with micro electron capture detector (ยต-ECD): 10 pg detection limit

  • Mass Spectrometer with Tunable Energy Electron Monochromator (TEEM) : 5 pg Detection limit

  • HPLC with UV detector and auto sampler

  • Environmental CHAMBER This chamber simulates several environmental conditions such as: Radiation: Visible and ultra violet light; Radiometer; Temperature: Controllers Standard 115VProbe; Probes, Data logger Kit and Heating tape, 120V; Humidity: Water Control Reflectometer
